Furnished double with en-suite and bills included

We have available a large furnished double room with en-suite bathroom in a beautiful townhouse overlooking the park.

We are an easy-going professional couple in our mid twenties who are looking for a single professional to rent the spare room in our home. The room comes furnished with a double bed, bedside table, and three large built in wardrobes. You will also have exclusive use of the en-suite 'Jack-and-Jill' bathroom and shared access to the kitchen, living room, and garden.

We are looking for somebody fairly laid back, tidy, and with a sense of humour. We are both pretty busy with work but in our down time we enjoy climbing (Covid-permitting), watching films, board games, and chilling out. We also have a table tennis table in the garage and we're always up for a quick game.

We have a greyhound who is the calmest and laziest dog you will ever meet (probably). We're happy to consider welcoming another pet provided that they meet and get along but we're afraid that it cannot be a cat.

The house itself is within a 15 minute walk of Didcot Parkway station and the Great Western Park shops (including Asda, Costa, the Chippy, and the Pub).
