I have a double bedroom available for rent in a 2 bedroom ground floor flat in Didcot. The living room, kitchen and bathroom will be shared with me.
The flat in situated in a relatively quiet neighborhood, 0.7 miles from the town center and 0.9 miles from the station. The isn't any off street parking but there is plenty of street parking.
I am quite clean and tidy and I don't make much noise. I am currently studying for my MA, so I am home quite often. I am more of a night owl than an early bird.
I'm a smoker but we are not allowed to smoke in the flat. The entrance to the flat is covered so there is some shelter when it's raining.
