The room has a single bed, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, table and chair and bedside unit. It was originally a square shaped room, which has now been extended to include the hallway cupboard space and part of the hallway (not shown). The window faces to the side of the house.

The single room has a sloping ceiling which gives it character, neutral walls and carpet.

Cozy south facing living room overlooks the garden (hedges on two sides and fence on the other.) Windows open fully like French doors to garden.

The garden faces south so there is a lot of sun and you can hear the birds singing.

Upstairs modern bathroom with large white tiles and natural stone border. Fast flowing shower over bath.

Tiled kitchen and utility rooms with two kitchen sinks, Stainless steel cooker with gas hob, two fridge freezers and washing machine. Small pine kitchen table and 2 stools.

There is a new solidly built shed where the lawn mower and other bits and pieces are stored. There is room for two bikes.

30 seconds to grocers and newsagents, Chinese takeaway and fish and chip shop.

Didcot Leisure Centre 2 minutes. Close to open countryside of East Hagbourne and disused railway line for jogging, cycling and walking.

The housemates upstairs are people in their twenties and thirties, an English guy working in IT, an Indian scientist and you, and downstairs is are two South Africans, a guy and a woman, working in care.

Gas central heating is included for two hours in the mornings, and 4 hours in the evenings on weekdays and more at weekends up to 20 degrees. The rent does not include any gas and electricity during daytime weekday hours, gardening or cleaning. This keeps the rents low.

Also included are water rates, council tax, electricity (not for heating), wireless broadband and TV licence, so there is nothing more to pay.

Digital TV point in room and living room. Shared cleaning of communal areas and gardening, or this can be paid for if preferred, at cost.
