Newly decorated fantastic double room!

Hi there,

I have potentially two great double rooms to rent that have just been refurbished to a very high standard. House is a period property on a quiet street just over 5 mins walk to Didcot Parkway station. Close to amenities, shops, Sainsbury's etc with on-street parking right outside.

Rooms are south-facing, has a double-bed, newly painted floorboards with fitted blinds and bespoke designer fitted wardrobes. House has two bathrooms, lounge, large diner, dishwasher, microwave, utilities room, 100ft garden. Includes all bills (except phone calls), 50MB broadband, wifi. 1 month deposit with previous / work references.

NOTE: I am looking to extend the rear of the house at the end of the year but have no idea yet if or when Planning Approval will be granted? In the meantime the rooms are empty. Should the extension go ahead & you're settled then you're more than welcome to stay & I will discount the rooms by 20% for the time of the works.

Looking for a friendly, reliable and reasonably tidy young professional to share with just myself (owner). I have my little boy visit just 2 weekends a month. Ideally, 2nd room to be MON - FRI @ £495 / month.

Lovely house with great neighbours too so feel free to call / email for any questions? I'm keen to get someone again who loves the house and is a good fit as in my experience that makes for a happy house! Current tenant is moving out due to change of jobs / location.
