Furnished double room with main use of family bathroom. Our home is ideally situated on Great Western Park by Boundary Park and is a 20 min walk/10 min drive to the train station. Also within close proximity to both Milton Business Park and Harwell Science Park direct bus route to both if you do not drive. The A34 is 5 minutes drive.

Room's furnishings include double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers, built in wardrobes, digital TV. Bedding and towels will be provided.

The rent includes all bills & FTTP broadband, use of amenities, use of the home telephone and food will be at your own cost.

Your bathroom will be the family bathroom with electric shower, which will mainly be for your sole use with the exception of us wanting the odd bath (which is rare!).

Shared use of Kitchen/Diner complete with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer.

Parking, there is plenty off road parking nearby. Use of garage for storing a bike if needed.

Our Lodger:
We are ideally looking for a Monday - Friday lodger so that we can have our family & friends stay at weekends however we are open to consider short term lets so please get in touch with your room requirements. Please note this is a single occupancy room.

You must like dogs as we have a lovely Cocker Spaniel and well it's really more her house than ours!

About us, we're IT Professionals, friendly, enjoy being active, travelling. Happy to mingle with our tenant but also understand that we all need our own space from time to time.
