Self contained studio flat in large country house

The house

Delightful self contained studio flat with exposed beams, kitchen and bathroom (32.5 sq metres in total) in a large country house surrounded by fields. The house is set in an acre of garden less than two miles from the centre of Banbury, with access to footpaths from the bottom of the garden. It's very peaceful despite being so close to Banbury.

The rent is £650 per month including all bills. There would be a small addition if a couple rent it. We are looking for someone who would additionally be willing to look after our animals when we are away, the odd night up to several weeks. We have one dog, two cats and two horses who are all very friendly. You would be reimbursed £10 per day for looking after the animals.

Accommodation would suit a single person (or couple) working in Banbury who enjoys living in the country and likes animals. If you happen to have your own horse then it would be possible to keep it here.

We are looking for someone to rent the flat for at least a year. You would need your own transport (or at least a bicycle!) and be a non-smoker (or agree not to smoke in the house). The flat is available from the beginning of April. Do get in touch if you are interested.
