The House: 3 bed semi detached property has recently been fully renovated to a professional standard including a new shared bathoom, seperate downstairs WC, living room with desk space+built in storage and a kitchen/utility room with all new appliances+plenty of space for drying clothes. The property also has a brand new combi boiler installed so there is no risk of running out of hot water and having to have a cold shower! Additionally there is a good size (not yet finished) garden with views over the fields behind. WIFI and access to Netflix etc included.

The Room:
Large double room which includes a double bed with bedside table and light, a mirror, built in wardrobes, a storage cupboard and a chest of drawers. Plenty of sockets for TVs, computers etc

The Location:
Situated in a quiet Cul-de-sac near Williams F1 with considerate neighbours who are a mix of families and older couples. There is a nearby petrol station and local shops are a 5 minute walk away. There is plenty of on street parking or if you don't drive there is a bus stop a short walk away. Buses can take you to Wantage town center in 10 minutes, to Oxford, Harwell Campus or Didcot train station in around 40 minutes.

I am a 26 year old male professional who is tidy yet fairly laid back about most things, In the evenings I like cooking, history, watching films, playing games or darts. I'm looking for someone close to my age ideally. I don't mind someone who is sociable or someone quieter, Mon - Friday ideally.
