I have a double fully furnished room available from 1/12/23 in a friendly shared house of working professionals. House is located in OX3 7EN (Glebelands) so convenient for the ring road, JR, Churchill and Brookes. Room has double bed and matching wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, desk and chair. House was completely refurbished in 2015 and has all mod cons and the public areas and main bathroom are cleaned weekly by our cleaner. House has open plan kitchen/diner/lounge with dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Occupant of this room shares the main bathroom with one other person (as the other two bedrooms are ensuite). On road permit parking available (off road parking by negotiation) and house has sun deck, garden and garage (for bike storage). Rent is £600pcm + £115 pcm to cover all bills (incl wifi). Remaining housemates are 3 males and 1 female (with our outgoing housemate about to move out as she is moving to London) and are a self employed management consultant, a doctor, a biomedical researcher and a retail worker.
