Double room with en-suite in warm household

We are looking for a new housemate to join our houseshare from mid-July. Our housemate has found love (hopefully not in a hopeless place) and is moving out to be with him. We are looking for a female who is friendly and sociable, and would treat the house as a home. The room is £480 a month with no extra fees.

The house

The house has four bedrooms, a kitchen with dining table and a little balcony, a living room, a study (belonging to one of the rooms), a shared bathroom, and a toilet. There is also a garage (used as bike parking and storage) and a good sized garden, with (for now!) unrestricted on-street parking. We've developed a slight peacock theme in the décor over the years.

It is located off The Slade with easy access to the ring road. There is a bus stop a 2 minute walk away with buses (10, U5) to town, Headington, and the hospitals. There is an Aldi (& Costa & Homebase) just around the corner, and other shops and takeaways a short cycle away. We've also got Shotover Country Park just across the ring road, which has been great for walks and runs over the last couple of months.

The room

A large double room at the front of the house. It is furnished with a (four poster!) bed, a bookcase, and a large built-in wardrobe. There is an en-suite with a shower, toilet, and sink. It is a lovely room and a great price for Oxford!

The housemates

Your three possible future housemates are all professionals between the ages of 25 and 38. There are two men and one woman so we are looking for another woman. We like to socialise together in the evenings. We sometimes go to the pub or have a gathering for a special occasion but this isn't a party house. We are looking for someone who is clean and tidy, would get involved in the house life and likes a good chat (and a glass of wine?)!

Since lockdown we've really levelled up on jigsaw puzzles, Mario Galaxy and garden picnics.

Kyle: Energetic, out-going, and passionate about his martial arts and cooked breakfasts.

Pat: easy-going gin & wine drinker who likes a good laugh. Excels at napping and boxsets and you can always smell when she's cooking (it's delicious, don't worry). Healthcare professional.

John: likes to buy books with the good intention of reading them. Rambles and easily distracted. Works in edtech from the kitchen at the moment.
