Double bedroom in 3 bedroom 2 bath/shower room house, sharing with 2 others (one person is weekend only) . Sole use of upstairs including the bath/shower room in the week.

Your room is a double which can be set up with a single or double bed, there is also a desk and wardrobe together with a large chest of drawers. There is also good storage space in an adjacent area.

You will be a short walk from the main Headington shops. The various Headington hospitals are within walking distance as is Brookes University. We are a very convenient location for the Oxford Tube to London and links to Gatwick and Heathrow.

The communal living room with a large recliner sofa and rear aspect to the garden.
2 house cats which are in residence downstairs, they are fairly friendly and will appreciate attention.
The kitchen has been renovated and includes a seating area, there are modern units and a built-in oven, also a dishwasher. You will share the washing machine and drier in the separate utility area and a washing line is also available.
The garden is well maintained, with a swing seat and barbecue area which is very pleasant in summer. You’ll be able to store your bike in the garage too. Parking can be discussed.
