Cosy room available in a 2 bedroom flat

I am Jess, 31 years old. I am a French professional working for the Bodleian Libraries.

My current flatmate is leaving at the end of the month. So I am looking for a new person to share this cosy flat with me.
It's mostly decorated by myself, apart from the sofas.
I wanted to create a lovely atmosphere for whoever shares with me to feel at home instantly.

The room you would rent consists of a small double bed, chest of drawers, cupboard. There the possibility to put a small desk in the room if you have to work or study from home.

As the lead tenant, I am happy to share with you my dishes and cuttlery.

There is a washing machine available.

Toilet and bathroom are in two seperate rooms.

I am happy to show you the flat and room anytime as I am currently on furlough.
