Our spare room is available for rent to a professional female from 12th March 2025.
Cosy, fully furnished room with a single bed that pulls into a double. Two built in wardrobes with shelving and hanging space, built in chest of drawers and under bed storage. Our property is a quick 10 minute flat walk walk into town, or 30 seconds away from the train station. We also have a garden which is lovely for sunbathing in, in summer!
Bathroom is shared and has a bath/ shower, shared kitchen and living room.
We are clean, quiet people who work full time, would love to find someone else who will love the house the way we do and respects cleanliness and tidiness.
We have 3 Guinea pigs and an indoor/ outdoor cat. Therefor, we cannot accept someone with other pets and we are looking for someone who doesn't mind sharing with our furry family - they're very loveable!
Bills included: gas, electricity, council tax, Netflix & TV license.
