A lovely, peaceful home in a secluded part of this North Oxfordshire village. The room is tastefully decorated and fully furnished. It comes with it's own en-suite, a large flat screen tv, bedside tables, chest of drawers and a walk-in wardrobe. The room also comes with table lamps, alarm clock, full length mirror and laptop safe.

The house has five bedrooms and a family bathroom, which surround a light galleried landing. Downstairs is mainly wooden flooring, there are two reception rooms, large hallway and office. There is also an understair cupboard for coats and shoes and a cloakroom.

The kitchen and utility is stylishly fitted out with everything you would expect and more, in the breakfast area which comfortably seats five there is a smart tv and this area looks out on to the garden.

The main reception room is spacious yet comfortable with two Italian leather sofas, a wood burner, wide screen tv and dvd player. This room is dual aspect with the patio doors looking out on to the garden.

I am looking for a trustworthy, reliable and professional individual, who enjoys the quieter village life, someone who will respect the other housemates. Professional references will be sought, prior to contract starting.

Two people in the house work Monday-Friday and one works from home, we also have a friendly Jack Russell.

The village of Hook Norton, (or "Hooky" as it is affectionately known) lies 6 miles from Chipping Norton and 8 miles from Banbury in the North of the county. In Banbury you will find excellent connections by rail, road and bus.

In Hook Norton there is a wide and varied amount of amenities from Doctors and Dentists to Pubs and Butchers. The village shop holds a wide range of products, from newspapers through to all manner of groceries, it also has a Post Office. In Chipping Norton you will find some larger stores including Sainsbury's, Marks & Spencer, Co-Op, Aldi. There are a wide range of Public Houses, restaurants, independent shops and a leisure centre.
