This large double room is available for £499 per month (all bills included) in our friendly shared house! The room is fully furnished with a double bed, plenty of storage, and it's own en-suite bathroom(toilet, sink, shower).

We are a bunch of twenty-something professionals looking for a friendly and sociable housemate to join our gang. We enjoy hanging out, eating dinners together every now and then, watching movies and tv shows. While we like to spend time together, we are also respectful and mindful of the fact that sometimes after a long day of work we need space - and that's okay too!

Each room in the house has it's own en-suite bathroom, and we all share one large kitchen which is fully equipped with two stoves/hobs, two sinks, three fridges, one freezer, washer/dryer and plenty of cupboard space.

We have a very large garden with wooden decking and grass which we share with our next door neighbours who are also friendly.

The house is in a great location with quiet neighbours and a pub within a minute walk which serves great food and drink. It's right off the Iffley Road with a 10/15 minute walk into the city centre, and buses every couple of minutes.
