Double+study/small bedroom to rent from Aug 8th

Hello there, There's a double room and a study area/spare room to yourself to share with 1 other in the lovely Florence park area of Oxford

I am a gardener and looking to share with a male or female to have the occasional glass of wine at the end of work and have a laugh with. Chilled out and relaxed. Tidy without being weird...respectful, cheerful, with a good nature and good humour. To muck in with house duties when needed, etc.... Open minded to all folks who think they'll fit in. The house is LGBTQA + friendly.

I like to spend the eve cooking....glass or two of wine and netflixing the evening away. socialise in and out of the house with friends.

Broadband, Nice big garden to potter in and space for bicycles and on road permit parking.

The house is a min walk from the bus stop into the city centre or there is also the lovely Florence park that our garden ends on.

This is an agency house...so there is the usual admin credit checks and 6 weeks deposit with rent and bills upfront too.
