Hi there,
I am subletting my en-suite room from 16th April to 6th Sep. The starting date and ending date can be flexible, and with a possibility to extend it. Here is some information about the en-suite room:

-very spacious, fully equipped with king size bed, built-in walking-in wardrobe, big desk, small book shelf, two side tables, separate shower room etc.

-have access to the balcony facing the canal

-shared modern and fully equipped kitchen (including a big dishwasher)

-spacious and bright living/dining room with high quality dining table for 6, two sofa, a big bookshelf, and scan/printing machine.

-next to Port meadows, surrounding by great pubs, cafés and restaurants

-with parking slot and secured bike room downstairs

The rent is 950 pcm including all the bills (internet, electricity, gas ,water, TV license and council tax). A deposit of one month rent is needed, which will act as the last month rent. Please contact me for more information and viewing (either in person or online).
