Looking for a 3rd housemate in property that is at the near end of being completely renovated. Mainly just some decorating to go hence the bargain price.

LOCATION: KIDLINGTON Garden city

Easy commute by direct bus to Oxford. 5 minute walk to bus stop and 10 minutes to the train station.

HOUSEMATES:

Currently 2 of us in the house, very chilled out young professionals. Both currently working in tech. Into sports, mindfulness, eating out. Most of our friends in London where we spend most weekends. Looking for someone equally open minded, student or employed welcome.

The house:
An open plan living area with large kitchen dining room which is newly kitted out with everything you need.
Also have a separate living room with 42” Smart TV (just logon with your Netflix or Amazon Prime account), and large sofa.
The room up for rent is a small double: it has a full-size double bed and a small double wardrobe.

Upstairs is 3 bedrooms and a bathroom and there's a further downstairs toilet.

There is a garden but currently being landscaped, will definitely be ready for summer and will have a slack line out 😁

Contract:

We're open to being flexible on contract length but ideally minimum 2 months. Happy to discuss shorter length but rent may increase.
