I am looking for a flatmate to move into the master bedroom in a very nice, quiet area of Kidlington. Very close to town centre shops and under a minute walk to bus stop for Oxford city centre. 25 minute cycle into Oxford.
The room has a large built in wardrobe with full mirror.

The house is unfurnished, I got all of my furniture of gumtree/marketplace which was very easy in the Oxford area! I am happy to help you get sorted if you don’t have a car.

Garage for bicycles.
I am the current tennant looking for a new tennant as my housemate is due to move out in September.
Rent is £600pcm before bills which are typically £80-£120 each depending on the time of year.

I am a friendly and sociable professional male. My hobbies are surfing, windsurfing and cycling but I also enjoy going Oxford city and going socialising in the pub.
