It is a comfortable room that is ideally suited to a professional. The bathroom has just been beautifully refurbished with a large walk in shower.

The house is in North Kidlington very near the airport. Downstairs is open plan with a large sitting room and kitchen with glass doors leading out to the garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with a Bosch washer-dryer, fridge-freezer, double over, and gas hob.

There will never be more than 2 other people staying in the house, which keeps it pretty quiet most of the time but still with people to interact with whenever required.

The shared bathroom has just been redone with a new walk-in shower.

There is a bus stop is thirty-seconds walk from the house which goes to the centre of Oxford in half an hour in one direction and to Oxford airport in five minutes in the other. A local supermarket is within 5 minutes walk also.

All bills, including a fibre internet connection, are included. There is a Bosch washer/dryer. Off-street parking is available. And finally there is a garden to enjoy when the weather permits!
