The bathroom has recently been beautifully refurbished with a large walk-in shower. It is easily kept clean and tidy, come and have a look to see what you think!

The house is in North Kidlington very near the airport. Downstairs is open plan with a large sitting room and kitchen with glass doors leading out to the garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with a Bosch washer-dryer, fridge-freezer, double over, and gas hob.

The bus stop is thirty seconds walk from the house and goes to Oxford Airport in five minutes in one direction and the centre of Oxford in thirty minutes in the other. Oxford Airport is a fifteen minute walk from the house.

There will never be more than 2 other people staying in the house, which keeps it pretty quiet most of the time but still with people to interact with.

All bills, including a fibre internet connection, are included. There is a Bosch washer/dryer. Off-street parking is available. And finally there is a garden to enjoy when the weather permits!
