Light Bright Double En-Suite Room in Marston

Hi everyone, am looking to rent out my en-suite room in Marston.
The room is a lovely spacious double room, very light, with an en-suite shower and toilet, desk, and double bed. It could suit someone new to Oxford, people working at the JR or those looking for a short-term let or someone in between places. I’ve had a number of lodgers from all over the world before and really enjoyed sharing my home. There is also the possibility of extending or a Mon-Fri let for the right person.

The house has a shared kitchen diner and lounge, front and back gardens and a garage space - perfect if you have a bike, kayak/paddleboard or outdoor gear. There is space also for one additional car so you would be able to park off-road. I'm a keen gardener and happy to have some help if you like getting covered in mud too!

You'd be sharing with me, a 41 year old active person that loves the sea, nature, wildlife, being outside, swimming, surfing, aerial hoop and art. I work fully remotely, but am also quite busy being out and about. I'm a sociable introvert, so need my quiet time but also like being around chilled people, cooking together every now and again, and heading to the pub for a pint. I get on best with people who are easy going, considerate of others spaces and happy to muck in and keep the place clean and tidy. The room would better suit someone who is not working from home all the time although part-time would definitely be ok. Will be doing viewings from 11 June onwards as am away before then.

My partner visits every other week, and he has a lovely, well behaved and highly energetic Spaniel so you'd need to be comfortable having a dog around some of the time too.
