I’m looking to rent out my spare bedroom again to a friendly, laid back and fun house mate. On a Monday to Friday basis.
The cottage is 200 years old and situated next to the Marina with a short walk to the valley, so there is plenty of character and stunning views. The river is a minutes walk from the front door, with lots of fields and country walks (to the pubs!) close-by. Henley town centre is a 30 minute walk along the river, or a 5 minute drive down the road. bus stop right outside with links between reading and high Wycombe. Marlow town centre is a 15 minute drive.
There is gated parking.
The house comprises of the two bedrooms, kitchen, a bathroom, a lounge and my office.
As you can see from the photos, there is a nice garden with decking and raised beds which I grow veg in in the summer
