The room is on the street side and is very bright and sunny. It comes with a double bed, bedside cupboard, armchair, desk and built in storage.

There are two rooms on the first floor that share the main bathroom. They both have heavy fire doors and are very quiet and peaceful. The third room is upstairs and has it's own en-suite.

The House

The house has a shared galley kitchen equipped with all utensils and mod cons including a dishwasher. The back garden is available to enjoy, and there is secure bike storage in the garden shed.

The current tenants are 2 friendly but busy academics, one of whom goes home to family each weekend.

The location is very convenient, with frequent local buses, one of which is 2 minutes walk at the bottom of the road. A 15 min cycle or walk by off road paths lead to the city centre. The railway station is within walking distance.

In the elevated position the air is fresh, and there is easy access to open countryside.

While I do use the house during the day, and have an attached office, I sleep elsewhere, so the house is just occupied by tenants during the night.
