The house is in Cornwallis Road, OX4 and backs on to the open spaces and sports facilities of Florence Park. It is in good condition and fully furnished. Light and sunny throughout, the decor and furnishings are in neutral colours. EPC rating is D.

Apart from your own furnished bedroom, you would share the kitchen-diner, a conservatory which is the living room, a main bathroom upstairs and an additional cloakroom downstairs. At the rear is a quiet, well-maintained garden which backs on to the park. Onstreet parking is available but permit required if parking for more than two hours Monday to Friday daytime. Otherwise parking is free. The house accommodates five people - the four other residents are of different nationalities, all working and in their twenties/thirties. Please note that this is not an undergraduate student house.

A bus stop (10 mins to the city centre) is 5 minutes away. The house is also well-situated for access to the Ring Road, BMW and local shopping.

The rent room is £110 per week. Included in the price are council tax and all other bills, wireless internet access with unlimited download and weekly cleaning of the communal areas. It is a non-smoking house. Rent is payable weekly in advance and a deposit of 4 weeks' rent will be required. References will be taken and, to meet government regulations, the right to live in the UK will also have to be confirmed.
