Double room in lovely house near Hinksey Park

Double bedroom on ground floor in a lovely four-bed house off the Abingdon Rd for £550/month plus bills. Available from 1 Feb and contract runs til end of July 2020.

The room itself is comfy and has lots of storage space. The house has a recently renovated kitchen with two big fridge/freezers; a small garden with patio for BBQs; a lounge area; and two bathrooms (w/c and shower/bath, and w/c and shower). It also has a driveway, free on-street parking, and secure bike storage. We have a cleaning lady once a week and a responsive landlady.

The other housemates are 1 professional and 2 DPhil students. It's a calm, quiet and friendly household. We enjoy relaxing together at home and sometimes go out together, but also really respect each other's space and all have lots going on outside the house. Everyone does their bit to make the house a genuinely lovely place to live. One of us is in 'writing up' mode for the DPhil, so it's not a party house :) We're looking for a friendly, relaxed, clean, non-smoker (sorry no pets) who is happy to do their bit, and who is looking for a place to call home. Professionals preferred so as to share the council tax.
