A wonderful big bright room available on Cowley Road! This spacious attic room is on the top floor of a shared house. This is the only room on that floor, so very quiet and private. There are windows on two sides of the room, which means the room is very very bright. This room is a true gem in terms of its size and how much light comes in!

The house is in an amazing location right on Cowley Road (opposite the Peleton coffee house), super close to the city. You will be sharing with four lovely housemates, professionals and one PhD student. The house itself is big, has a living room, kitchen, two bathrooms, a garden. Even though it is on Cowley Road, the attic room is quiet because only a small window is on a street side, the big window is facing the quiet garden side.

The monthly rent is £524 + bills and council tax. We are looking for a professional or a graduate student. The move in date could be some time in November but there is flexibility around that, so feel free to let us know what suits you. See pictures attached.

The room originally comes unfurnished but I am looking to sell all the furniture that is depicted on the photos for not much money, so that would make a move in very convenient for anyone without furniture.
