Big double Abingdon Road, pretty much own bathroom

The room;

A massive double room, furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and a modern industrial style study table . There's more than enough space for a drawers, laundry bins and other room accessories if you want to bring anything yourself. The room is located on the back of the flat which is very quiet, has good ceiling height and overlooks gardens with beautiful green outlook.

The flat;

A two bedroom flat with a large open plan shared kitchen/dining and lounge room, BT internet and TV is set up and included in the bills. There's also a study, but i will be using it to work from home for the foreseeable future and pay extra on my rent for using this). There's a flat bathroom, but because I have an ensuite you will have the shower all to yourself. There's good off road parking, with a designated bay for you only if you drive. All mod cons available and shared including washing machine, oven, fridge-freezer, electric cooker, dish ware and kitchen utensils etc.

The Garden;
The flat has a private fenced and gated large garden with a huge tree that provides shade. The garden has lines for hanging clothes, a shed for bike and other storage. You can also grow plants in pots and make a comfortable sitting area for yourself in garden

The location;

The flat is located on Abingdon road close and 10 mins cycle to the city centre. It has VERY good connections to Milton Park and the Science Park as well as having doorstep bus connections. You can also walk from the flat over Donnington Bridge into Cowley and easily access the foot/cycle path by the riverside which leads to the rowing clubs, city centre and green sitting areas.
The flat is located just beside Tesco Express which is open early morning till about 11pm at night everyday. There’s a few take away shops and a post box very close to the flat also.

The flatmate;

After studying in Oxford for 4 years 3 years at Oxford Brookes and 1 year at a college in the City Centre I now work in Milton Park, but currently from home for the foreseeable future. I also did a semester exchange at Université Paris Dauphine, and am still learning French in Oxford now. I enjoy chilled nights in watching TV and having an occasional glass of wine (we can enjoy times together as much as giving eachother space to enjoy our independent spaces).
