Ox Living has 1 double bedroom available in a newly refurbished Co-Living property.

THE PROPERTY
You will have use of a full kitchen and open plan co-living space with a large gas cooker, fridge freezer, washing machine and dryer, lots of cupboard space plus multiple seating areas. The kitchen is open plan with the living and dining room where you will find a dining room and sofa area with a TV. All crockery and cooking equipment is supplied and the communal areas are cleaned weekly by Ox Living. You will also have use of the rear garden with outdoor seating. Restricted parking zone with a permit scheme where you can apply and pay from the council.

THE ROOM
The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, a bedside table and a desk and chair. ALL bills are included, no hidden fees!

THE LOCATION
The property is located in central Oxford and close to all amenities including high street shops, Tesco Express, Sainsbury's and coffee shops. Oxford University is a 20-minute walk away!! Hinksey Park is also at the back of the property where you can take a nice walk or even play golf! There are regular bus routes into Oxford where you can find Oxford train station with direct trains into London Paddington. There are also links into Birmingham via the M40.
