Great double room in spacious house

This fully furnished double room overlooks the quiet back garden and has a double bed with a memory foam mattress. The house has off street parking, WIFI, fully equipped kitchen, living and dining room as well as Cowley Marsh and Florence Park, tennis/basketball courts, etc on the doorstep. I’ve had 5 lodgers over the last 10 years, 3 of which stayed for upto 3-4 years each so hope thats a reflection on living with me! Looking for someone who doesn't take life too seriously. I’m always around for a glass of wine or whinge about work but equally understand we all need downtime and quiet too. You’d be welcome to have friends over of course as it would be your home and there is a double sofa bed in the living room for visiting family/friends. My lodgers and I tend to live more like housemates than landlady/tenant. I would much prefer you are comfortable and relaxed rather than feeling like you have to behave and would be mortified if you felt you had to stay within the confines of your room, theres plenty of space for two. It’s a short bike ride to the Churchill and JR Hospitals for any medics out there and there is a bus stop at the end of the road going direct to city centre, train station or Cowley. We’re in a really quiet little cul de sac and short walk from bars, shops and restaurants on Cowley Rd if you like a night out. I work as a Buildings Mgr (Not very glamorous but I love it!). I have two cats who are outside most of the time and unlikely to bother you much unless you want them to! Apologies the photos of the house are awful. I’ve decorated 2 rooms recently so it looks a lot smarter now!
