Use of DoubleRoom & Study In lovely House + Garden

My Partner and I (29-31) are looking for a couple or single person(s) to join us in an lovey houseshare in New Hinksey.

The house is a Three Bed + Study with a living-room - dining room - breakfast room and a really lovely garden.

You will have full use of one of double bedroom and the study. Could be handy if your working from home ATM:)

We have been together for 9 years and have just moved to Oxford from South London.
We have a cute house rabbit called 'Bobby' and a fresh water turtle (in a fish tank) called 'Mikey'. We are in the process of finding an additional Rabbit to keep 'Bobby' company.

(Sam) I am a songwriter/music producer.
(Kesella) Is a environmental research assistant.
We are both pretty fee spirited leftys although our prime partying days are behind us.

Should you be a couple we will aim to split the cost 4 ways so the price will go up to around 900ish however you guy's would have the use of two rooms (Big double Bed + study) Study could be used as a private Living room/office if thats what you wanted?

Ideally we are looking for professionals/post grads ect.
The double room has a bed & mattress but not much else.

Would like to meet anyone who would be interested for cuppa (Virtual if preferred)
