We have had some student rooms come available at short notice. The rooms are for the most part identical - this ad will describe any of them.

This room is perfect for any student - undergraduate or postgraduate, domestic or international. It is fully furnished (although you will need your own bedding and towels), with bedframe, mattress, desk and chair, bedside table and wardrobe. There is an en-suite bathroom with toilet, sink, heated towel rack and shower cubicle, for your convenience. Most ground floor rooms have direct access to a communal lawn through individual back doors; most first and second floor rooms have balconies.

Every floor has access to a large shared kitchen, fully fitted with stoves, ovens, microwave, kettle and toaster, as well as designated fridge/freezer and cupboard space for each room. The kitchens also have laundry facilities, provided free of charge. Every floor is serviced by a lift, and there are dedicated secure bike sheds on the ground floor. The rent includes water, gas and electricity.

Thames Wharf North is located in the heart of Oxford, and is convenient for students at any of Oxford's colleges or universities. It overlooks Fiddler's Stream, a quiet, lovely stretch of the River Thames, and is just a short walk away from the beautiful fields of Port Meadow, and the shops and bars of Oxford's elegant Jericho district.

The room will be available from the 2nd of November. Prospective tenants will need to supply photo ID, their last three months' bank statements, and their acceptance letter from their educational institution. A 5 weeks' deposit and the first month's rent are payable in advance.
