We are looking for a new tenant in our 3 bedroom house near Hinksey park. I am moving out of the country, so the new tenant will replace me in the rental contract. The contract runs for next 6 months till 31.03.2022 with an option to renew it after March, 2022.
It's a large double bedroom with a big desk and chair, chest of drawers, bedside table, sofa chair, built-in cupboards and a large wardrobe just outside the room. The rent is around £600 pcm. The house has a living room with a TV, fully equipped big kitchen (including dishwasher and microwave), a pantry (with washing machine and tumble dryer) and a small backyard where you can store your bike. The bathroom has a shower and bathtub and you will need to share it with just one other person. There are two other housemates, both are professionals and lovely to live with. We prefer non smokers.
