Large Double Furnished Bedroom

My large double bedroom is available for rent now.
My room is quite big, quiet and is at the back of the house. It gets nice sunlight in the morning and afternoon. It's furnished with a double bed and mattress, a bedside table, a wardrobe and a large chest of drawers. There is definitely space for more furniture.
The bathroom which is light and airy is just beside the bedroom and is shared with one other housemate. I've never had to wait.
Our house is sociable, enjoys cooking, river swims, walks and having a beer at the pub (we treat the Isis farmhouse as our local pub). But everyone also respects that people like their privacy and quiet time and don't always want to socialise.
Theres a large shared living room where we usually eat dinners and watch TV together.
Theres a garden where my housemates store their bikes.
There is no parking directly at the house but I park around the corner 30 seconds walk from the house and have never had an issue finding a space.
Rent and bills come to about £550 every month.
Littlemore is very close to the big Sainsbury's (I just walk there) and is a very very short drive (3mins) to the Cowley Tesco, M&S and Lidl which are just along a path about twenty/fifteen minutes walk/skate. There are two co-ops nearby and also some small corner shops just a minute up the street. There is quick access to the ring road and the A34. I drive to Milton Park past Abingdon in about 15/20 minutes. Driving into the centre via iffley road takes only ten minutes.
