Hello! I am looking for a new flatmate to share a cosy 2-bed house from early March onward. The house is on Catherine Street in the Iffley/Cowley area. It’s a quiet street but nearby Magdalen Rd has lots of nice little cafes, shops and pubs. The house has one shared bathroom, a smallish but functional kitchen, a decent dining+living room with cosy sofa and dining table, and a garden which is lovely in the spring/summer. Your double bedroom is on the 1st floor and has a double bed, swivel chair, bedside table (not shown), a cupboard, currently no desk but there is space for one. It faces south so you'll get plenty of natural light.

Rent is £800 per month per person. Bills including water, gas, electricity and wifi come up to about £75 pm pp plus council tax (band C) if you aren’t a student.

About me: I’m a 25yo, female, French/British student in my final year of a DPhil in computational medicine. I've been living in Oxford for over 7 years now. Outside of work I enjoy switching off by keeping active (these days mostly swimming, running, yoga), spending time outdoors and going on long walks. At home I like relaxing with a good movie, book, cross-stitching, and love cooking/baking with some music on (would be keen to do some TV watching, cooking, sharing meals together sometimes if you enjoy it too!) - equally value my alone time and will respect yours too.
