Hello! I am looking for somebody to share an amazing 2-bedroom property with excellent location in Oxford.

This is short tenancy for 3 months from 11th of August till early November.

I have been living in this flat for more than 3.5 years, but in 3 months I need to move to London due to the new job.

The property is a modern and spacious 2-bedroom flat on the 1st floor of Olney Court, with loads of storing space (loads of cupboards and attic) and allocated parking spot inside the building’s patio. The secure bike shed is under construction now and should be finished soon. There are wooden floors throughout the flat, good size living room and separate kitchen.

The available room is big, comes with a double bed with under storage, desk and a big wardrobe.

The location is great. It is just 10 minutes walking from the city centre (with Christ Church and Westgate), 5 minutes away from Hinksey Park (with an outdoor heated swimming pool) and 20 minutes walk from the train station.
Bus stops with direct connections to Harwell Campus, Abingdon, Milton Park are just around the corner. Apart from that, the area is very nice and quiet, far from main roads. Direct frequent buses to London (Oxford Tube and X90) only 10 mins walk.

£260 on top of the rent for bills (council tax, water, gas & electricity, high-speed internet) split between two.

The new tenant needs to be included in the contract. She/he will need to pass the reference and credit check with the agency, as well as secure the deposit.
