The house would suite a family, couple or two house sharers. It has one spacious double room with two closets and one smaller double room with good storage. It is a modern and cozy house with a lovely garden. The street is quiet but very close to shops, cafes and pubs. I've lived at the property for three years and have loved it. I'm only moving because we've bought a house. The landlord is fantastic and replies quickly to any problems you may have. I had very few over the time I was there!
