Annexe in Sandford St Martin

Double bedroom

We have an annexe separate to our house that is available to rent.
As you walk in to the ground floor flat you are in the kitchen / sitting room. The kitchen doesn't have a full oven, it has a belling oven with two hobs on top. In addition there is a microwave and two induction hobs. Plus kettle, toaster and fridge.
There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer.
To the left there is a single room which is good for storage.
In front of you there is a double bedroom and to the right
is a small loo and shower room.
The parking for the flat is on the road. This is a very quiet village with lots of parking space (no restrictions)
Be aware there is a flat above in which family and friends may stay occasionally. Another thing to take into consideration is we have 3 lovely but barky labs who will want to say hi to you most days and be fussed!
All bills included - council tax, electricity, oil, WiFi- although you are responsible for your own tv licence.
