I have two large double rooms available in this friendly house There is a double bed, several chest of drawers, a built-in wardrobe, shelves and a desk in both rooms.

The house comprises 4 bedrooms, bathroom, cloakroom, living room, kitchen, utility area and garden (currently being worked on). There is a washing machine and tumble drier.

There is a Tesco Local across the road, easy access to the city rowing club (with gym), the Thames Path, Longbridges and Meadow Lane Nature Parks and Iffley Meadow Nature Reserve.

There is on-street parking (no permit required) and a place to lock up bikes. I have some bikes that you can borrow during your stay at the house.

I am generally available for viewings from 1pm - 7pm and allow 30 minutes for each viewing. I can be available outside these times, if required. If you want to meet the other tenants, an evening appointment is best.

I offer tenancies with a fixed term of any length (even 1 month), followed by a rolling one month tenancy or another fixed term.
