The bus stop is very close to the house. The house is walking distance to the Summertown parade of shops. The Oxford Parkway railway station is two stops on the bus, and the city centre is cycling distance.

The house is on a quiet street, and has a very friendly atmosphere.

The house is walking distance from Port Meadow, the river to University Parks, and at the bottom of the street is both Sunnymeade meadows with the river running through it, and Cutteslowe Park and fields. We have a recreation area at the end of our street with a basket ball court and football court, skate boarding slopes, and an outdoor weight training gym.
