It’s the largest room in the property, located on the ground floor. The bedroom is situated in the extended bit at the back of the house, with its own door into the fully enclosed and secured garden. The garden has a lovely sitting area for an outdoor meal or reading and just enough open grass for an outdoor exercise session.
The property includes high-speed internet, gardener, and communal cleaning within the price of 700 pcm.

The neighborhood is very quiet, with a big park, a small shop and surgery just 5 mins walk from the house, and the Summertown center two bus stops away. The house has 2 parking spaces just on the drive, only one occupied at the moment. It also has bike parking and the bus stop is just 2 mins walk from the house, with buses every 2-5 mins. The Oxford Parkway train station is within a 15 min walk.

It is a large 3 storey house with 10 professionals aged between 25-45. It's owned by a live-out landlady who's non-intrusive and relaxed but takes immediate action whenever maintenance needed. It seemed like a lot of people for one house to me at first, but since I moved in in October there have never been more than 3 people in the kitchen, the house really is big enough... The tenants are all very positive and friendly, always respecting each other’s privacy.
