A double bedroom in an otherwise empty three-bedroom house is available from September 15 till early January, 2022. It would probably suit an academic visiting either of the local universities for a term, or possibly a medical professional working on a short-term contract in the local hospitals, or even someone moving long-term to Oxford, but who would like to find somewhere short-term to get settled. It would be ideal for a couple, or a small family.
The house is relatively spacious and includes a fully-stocked kitchen, gas hob, a wood-burning stove, a living and utility room and a dining area overlooking a nice garden with a nice new patio and lots of raised beds for herbs and veg. The house also has washing machine, dishwasher, etc. I'll be storing my belongings in one of the three bedrooms, which leaves one big bedroom and one small bedroom free. (That smaller bedroom got turned into an office during the pandemic.) The house has two bathrooms, which both have good showers with great water pressure.
If interested, get in touch with a couple of lines about yourself and your plans, and I’ll be happy to arrange a viewing!
