Quiet room in wonderful location

Our beautiful Victorian home, is in a quiet side street with Summertown shops, leisure centres, restaurants and buses at the end of the road. Easy access to the city centre (6 mins by bus, 30 min walk) and national transport links.
Your room is a pretty, furnished double bedroom overlooking the rear garden, with a large adjacent bathroom, which you are responsible to clean.
Also included are all bills, WiFi, minimal use of the cooking facilities and washing machine, plus you may use the conservatory and garden if we're not entertaining. Please be respectful of the accommodation and landlords for the 6 months you are in our home.
This is perfect accommodation for a fully vaccinated, quiet, single academic or professional person who does NOT work from home - there is no desk in the bedroom. If required for work in the evenings, you may like to supply your own.
No pets, couples or children. No parties, entertaining or overnight guests. No smoking.
There are two small friendly dogs living here who do not like to be disturbed after 10pm. You should preferably be a dog lover!
