Large double room available with double bed, desk, fitted wardrobe and chest of drawers. Wooden floors (painted). I prefer a single occupant who is a mature and responsible person. We are generally a quiet household but can very occasionally be more of a family atmosphere. I am 61 years old and my youngest son (27 years old) lives with me at the moment. We have an 8 month old Labrador puppy so you would need to like big dogs. If you have a dog, he or she would be welcome provided worming and flea treatments are kept up to date and you pay for any damage your dog causes. We would need to meet you and your dog in person prior to moving in to ensure the dogs get on and can live in the same house. We have front parking space for two cars one of which my son uses; I have an on street parking permit so you would be able to park on our front drive if you have a car. The rent includes all bills but we would ask you to consider your energy use during the current National energy crisis. You would have use of the kitchen with your own shelf in the fridge, one cupboard shelf and you are welcome to store a small amount of food in the freezer. Your room will be cleaned once a week and bedding also changes weekly. You are welcome to use the washing machine once a week but if you need to use it more often, there would be a small charge. My son and I are fully vaccinated against Covid 19 (as is currently available to us both) and we expect you to be fully vaccinated too.
