Newly decorated room to rent with double bed and some storag in a large 4 bedroom property.
Access to spacious shared living room with home cinema setup, large kitchen with washing machine / dishwasher fridge freezer (with ice and water dispenser) etc , conservatory and enclosed garden with patio. There are also two bathroom/toilets with showers
I am single but have a young cat who is lovely.
No smoking in the property but outside is fine.
I work full time in the week but am around more at the weekends.
I am looking for a tidy, quite, friendly lodger who is easy to get along with - preferably female as i don't like living with other men.

I also have available 2 smaller rooms for a lower cost (£400pm)
