The room is furnished with double bed, bedside table, desk and chair, chest of drawers, mirror, and large built in double wardrobe. There is space for a sofa, and a sofa is available if required. It would mean sacrificing one piece of existing furniture. The large ensuite is a full bathroom with bathtub, shower over, loo and washbasin. Good water pressure. Shared use of kitchen, dining area and downstairs loo. You are welcome to use the garden. We are situated in a quiet cul de sac within easy walking distance of the great variety of pubs, shops and restaurants in Thame. Walking distance to 280 bus stop to Oxford and Haddenham & Thame station, and to Thame Leisure Centre which has extensive sports facilities including gym and swimming pool. There is visitor parking, and on-street parking nearby, but not directly outside the house.
A garage is available for storage of large items e. g. bicycle. I am a retired designer, and my other housemate is a young professional lady.
