FLAT SHARE WANTAGE
I am looking for someone to enter into a shared tenancy agreement with me, on a 3 bedroom farm house flat on the outskirts of Wantage. My flat mate has recently moved out at the end of our joint tenancy and i am now looking to replace her, I would like to find someone who would be able to take on a shared tenancy with me ASAP.
The property is quite spacious and benefits from having a large garden and parking spaces close by.
I am looking for a non smoker who is in full time employment and willing to take on the responsibility of a shared tenancy.
A background check will be carried out by the letting agent and a deposit will be required along with an administration fee.
This would suit someone looking for a place to live for more than a year, ( subject to tenancy renewal ) although anyone looking for a 12 month period will be considered.
The deposit is = 5 weeks rent .
Currently the average outgoings per person per week are about £140 this includes rent, council tax, internet and utility bills.
