Furnished good size double room available in 3 bedroom terrace house.

Shared bathroom, kitchen, living room.

I am a professional working lady with 2 cats. Pets considered (although dogs may clash with our cats 🙁). I work part time and generally relax in the evening. I spend a lot of time at the pool and doing yoga.

I am a non smoker, although smokers are considered who are willing to smoke outside.

Cute garden with outside sofa, shade and drum bbq. Space in garage and loft for storage.

Happy to provide sheets and towels if required.

Kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher, coffee maker, washing machine etc .

Room available at mid- June but can be flexible.

Please note I have a disability (rheumatoid arthritis), so find many things such as hoovering, cleaning difficult. The house is definitely clean but can get a little disorganised as I have trouble putting things away. So if you are a minimalist neat freak this may not work for you! I also have a lot of medical equipment but I keep most of it in the spare room so it won’t be in your way! I am relaxed and fun btw not a miserable grumpy moaner, so it shouldn’t affect you at all!
