The larger of two bedrooms is available, with a shared kitchen, lounge and bathroom. Plenty of space for off road parking (about 6 cars could park here!) and the property backs onto a series of fields, which offer an amazing view and walks.

Double bed and mattress included in the room if you want it.

There is an open, wood burning fireplace in the lounge which makes the place feel even cosier if lit.

Kitchen has a small dishwasher and washing machine, four hob electric oven and grill. Fridge and freezer, microwave.

Warm house, the heating and hot water run from heating oil, large tank in the garden.

The garden is large and has some apple trees.

M40 (Jct 6) is 7 mins drive away - great for commutes and The Oxford Tube coach service picks up from this junction.

I'm happy to keep to myself about the house or become friends - see how it goes. We had a dog before, so pets such as dogs or cats are welcome.

There is superfast "Gigaclear" fiber broadband direct into the property, so internet is really quick approx 350 MB/s upload and download.

Two great pubs are within easy walking distance.
