Located just a minute's walk from the very centre of Witney, a lovely market town with great links to Oxford and the beautiful Cotswold countryside, this is a stunning shared home for four people with one room just becoming available due to relocation.

I don't mind gender, age, occupation, so long as you will be easy to live with, clean and tidy and non-smoking (tobacco or anything else). There are currently two females and one male young professionals in the house and I keep a spare room for my occasional use when I am not traveling professionally abroad.

My house has a lovely small courtyard garden, secure private parking and a garage. With access front and rear, the shared accommodation comprises a large flagstone entrance hall, cloakroom, downstairs WC, and at the rear of the house a large kitchen/dining/living area looking out over the garden.

The room becoming available is on the top floor of the house. It is a spacious double bedroom with adjoining ensuite bathroom with bath, shower, loo and washbasin. The house is fully furnished but spacious enough to take some additional furniture if you have your own.

The room is furnished with a double bed, desk/dresser, and large fitted wardrobes. The house is double or triple glazed, cozy and peaceful. As the master suite, the price includes the use of the garage for parking and storage.

There is ultrafast broadband and the kitchen is well-equipped with an electric range cooker, microwave, washer, dryer and fridge freezer. All bills are included in the price, including the communal tv licence.
