Double room for rent on a quiet family street in the deer park area of Witney (band D council tax). Great location, close to shops, restaurants and other amenities.

The room available is fully furnished with double bed, mattress, wardrobe and bed side table (there are 2 available rooms to choose from: one with an added desk).
Family bathroom equipped with shower and bath (redecorated in Feb 2021). Shared living area with full-fibre broadband, Sky, netflix and amazon prime.
Shared modern kitchen which opens out onto patio and garden seating area.
Garage space also available for storage of bikes or other outdoor equipment.

There are currently 2 of us living here, 1 male and 1 female. We are in our late twenties, early thirties. I am a nurse and Sam is a physio. Currently looking for a young professional to fill one double bedroom. Both tidy, friendly, sociable and active people.
Room available from October 17th as our current roommate is moving out.

£500 per calender month plus bills (approx 120 each worked out on current rates).
